During a routine Laser Lipo treatment, around four/eight treatment pads containing laser diodes are placed over the treatment area and secured in direct contact with the skin using elastic straps. All you need to do is to get comfortable and lay back.

With Vela, problem areas such as the thighs, abdomen, stomach, hips, upper arm and chin can be selectively targeted for fat removal.

Immediate inch loss may possibly be observed in as little as one session. Clients may experience anywhere from an 8 inch to 10 inch loss cumulatively.

  • Consuming less salt can help you control your diet. Eat boiled vegetables without seasoning. Adding tomato to boiled vegetables adds sourness to the dish and gives taste. Slight searing of the vegetable also imparts a salty taste and you can dispense with salt or reduce it drastically.
  • Craving for something sweet? Add a few pomegranate seeds to your salad. (Keep away from pineapple cubes!)
  • Eat watermelon. It fills your stomach without adding many calories.
